Getting support is just a first step and does not initiate a formal complaints process - the choice for this will always remain with you and your advisor can talk you through your reporting options.
You will be asked a series of questions, some of which are optional, and will have the opportunity to expand on your experience in a free-text box later in the form. Before submitting your report, you will be presented with a summary of your responses and will have the opportunity to edit them.
Any information you provide will remain confidential unless we have a serious and immediate concern for your safety or welfare.
